After more than a month of calling and waiting, I went to EyeDoctors to speak to the manager only to find that she is as incompetent and rude as her employees. The other optometrist had my contacts ready in 5 days as promised. Bye EyeDoctors!

I have been a patient of The EyeDoctors for three years. I've always felt the service and quality of frames to be excellent. Being in customer service, it's important to me to be greeted upon entrance. Even when the office is busy, a staff member manages to greet me. I'm always seen within 20 minutes of my appt time, which I think is important. So many health care offices are running an hour late! I have purchased three pairs of glasses from this office and am happy with the quality of frames and lenses. The only complaint I would have would be sometimes having a wait to get checked out. Besides that, I recommend this office to others looking for courteous staff and great frames.

Even a year later, I am still dealing with their terrible workmanship! I paid $1000.00 for the worst service I have ever gotten anywhere! To make a long story short: After going there, spending lots of money only to be very upset for the fact that they said that they make their glasses fast and right there in their office,only to find out that they send their orders out like everyone else, and soon after I complained they removed their huge banner from the front of the building, well then I left town, and I kept seeing the frames I got from them "on sale", for actually half the price of their "sale" price, then the lenses keep popping out of the frames and I just lost one,(I have two pairs) one I bought there the other is my long standing 24k gold frames. The other frames I got there are also designer frames for which they hiked the price as far as it could go. Ultimately it is my fault for not checking, but one wants to trust people, I mean you don't want to live your life thinking than most people are like these greedy people at the Eye Doctors. So then, because of my super busy work, I did not have time to go back to Lawrence and wait again for them to fix my glasses, besides I did not find out about the lenses popping out of the frames until after a month I was gone from Lawrence. Now a year later,I just went to have my glasses adjusted somewhere else of course, and I just found out that the girl that adjusts your glasses at the Eye Doctors, took one of the gold screws off my gold frames and replaced it with a cheap metal one, it was all ground up in the whole, because it was the wrong size! I imagine she ruined my gold screw and was afraid or did not care and was not honest enough to tell me, trusting that I would not notice right away or ever! or worse yet she stole it,to use for her own purpose,(who would steal a tiny 24k gold screw? Try finding a 24k tiny gold screw anywhere) and of course I can't see without my glasses so that I did not notice until I actually had them adjusted! Crap! I tell you I was so mad!

Sad, Sad, incompetent greedy people, who are SO nice and smile a lot so that they can screw you without you noticing!
