The management is rude and does not care about their tenants. They violate law and threaten an eviction 8 days after rent is due, vs giving fair notice. Last year our ac broke and they out freeon in it, saying the crack was too small to fix. This summer, we have been w out air conditioning for over a month and it has been running constantly, and we were told (incorrectly) it was fixed, and due to a lack of communication between them and their maintenance company, our electrical bill is now astronomical, and from the sound of it, they don't plan to do anything about it, for fear of "setting a precedent" (bc what a horrible precedent, to pay for faulty equipment they're supposed to maintain...) they take forever to contact you back about maintenance issues, and honestly, I cannot wait for our lease to be up. Our electrical bill is ALWAYS high, as the apartments have horrible insulation and the windows are absolutely awful for keeping climate. (There's a good 10 degree drop by them in the winter)
