Don't go here! They will rip you off! This business thought we were idiots and tried to illegally upsell us. We asked for the basic oil change. They put in premium oil - without our consent - and then tried to charge us $70 for it. When we objected to paying for the premium service we had not requested, they told us that it is what our car required. When that failed, they said we had consented. We know enough about cars and speficially our car to know what kind of oil the manufacturer recommends and we have changed the oil many other times. It was an awful experience. Go anywhere else! I am giving it one star only because this site won't let me give it no stars.

Westridge has done several tire repairs for me and they did a great job each time. I don't see how someone can give a business one star and start the review with statements like "I normally get great service" or something along those lines. You give your normal review then downgrade a little for the bad experience. If it is normally a 4 star business on all the other trips but this one trip is a "one star day", then give them 2 or 3 stars.

I usually go to this place of business for my oil change and its not the cheapest place, but I do like the guys who work there and they do a great job. Today the owner was doing the job, while talking to a visitor the whole time. after he closed the hood I had to tell him to check the tranny fluid, he said Oh yeah we will do that so I am waiting and he opens the hood back up and checks the tranny, it needed fluid this took several minutes..... I got irritated and told him why should I have to watch every thing you do just to make sure you do what you advertise.......You would not have checked my tranny fluid if I hadnt of watched you. I said Your an Idiot. The owner doesnt care He said "Im an Idiot?" at least I had enough sense to build this building. I should have said anyone can build a building you should be taking care of your customers.....I wont be back and the owner doesnt care.
