This company is trying to bill me for propane ordered by the former tenant which they say they reimbursed them for. The company refuses to show documentation and says the amount was verified three weeks before I rented the property. How much was used or left.. no one knows. It is a form of extortion to balance their books that the former tenant never paid. If they had a legitimate claim they could have removed their tanks at any time the month before I moved in. They need to be stopped.I do not reccommend doing any business with them. They have no agreemnents on any amount of fuel before I moved in and are now threatening to report to credit bureaus and collection agencies. Pass on their hassle. They have no signed documents agreeing o pay propane used before an order after I moved in. save yourself frustration go somewhere else, I have and got a better rate as well.
