I have been using Daniel Doore Plumbing & Heating for a few years now. I own a few properties in the Merrimack Valley and use him when I renovate my buildings. His estimates are always reasonable, and he gets the job done. I recommend calling him. (He will answer and call you back)

Rude and arrogant. My contractor hired him, not me. BIG Mistake. I hope his plumbing skills are better than his people skills. He must have been absent the day they taught customer relations. He has a lot to learn. You know what they say: You only have one chance to make a first impression. I've given him his one and only chance, and he blew it. What a shame.

I call this guy and he said he will call me back, he NEVER did. Two days afterward I call him again because he's close to my resident and since I like to give Local Small Business the work. So I made an appointment with him and he said he will be by in the afternoon, NEVER showed and didn't even get a call from him either. If you want Good Service, don't bother with this guy!



I guess me and Sally-Bee experience the same thing :(. Two people out of 4 can't be wrong!

I had a pipe burst on a Saturday. I called several contractors and none could come for at least a few days...I left messages for some and none returned my call. When I called Daniel Doore he answered promptly and was at the house within a few hours. He fixed the problem promptly, with quality, and at a reasonable price. I am very thankful! I am using their services again and will continue to use them in the future.

on the contrary to the last review.. I am a repeat customer of Daniel Doore Plumbing and heating and have NEVER had any problems with service. As a matter of fact i just put a new heating system in my home which was converted to gas. It was up and running in a day and they even helped me get a rebate on my new furnace! I would highly recomend using this service.

I called this company for a quick repair job. They came out later the same day, so I thought GREAT!

I was told they would call the next day when they had the parts. They didn't call. I called them over and over, just to be told they would call back in a few minutes. They never called! I e-mailed them, I left them 2 different numbers to contact me on. They had no excuse. If they didn't want the job, they should have just said so. I wasted a whole week waiting around. In the end I contacted another Firm 'Hoffman and Kelley' 978 475 3424. They came out the following day and fixed the problem within 20mins. They even put covers on their work boots, to keep the carpet clean. Fab.
