Got my car washed there today. Pay for the top of the line and my car is still dirty. The owner tells me it's because I asked for them not to spray a chemical on it that stains the plastic on my car. Then he compares my car to his high dollar Lexus. What a piece of sh*%t. I have been goin to this place for years I helped pay for that Lexus. I will never go there again.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! My sister and I just took her vehicle to get detailed here. It was our first (and our last) visit to this location. Her sunroof somehow got cracked open before the wash, causing water to leak inside but we brushed it off as "things happen" and just asked that they towel dry it to the best of their ability. But when someone pays $30 for a car detail and NONE of the cupholders get cleaned out and the airfreshner isn't applied this is UNACCEPTABLE! After they told us the vehicle was ready, we asked them to clean out the cupholders and they only cleaned out the front ones. We had to go back in and talk to a supervisor to get them to clean out the cupholders in the back. The supervisors could care less about customer service and never once ever apologized for their lack of attention to detail. Then we get down the road and discover the "clean cotton" airfreshner wasn't even applied. Unacceptable customer service in every aspect. Unfortunately for them we have a large household with seven vehicles, we will not return to this location and will be sure to spread the word about their poor service.
