Nice clean local business for ur pets needs! The workers in there are always friendly and greet me everytime with a smile. I often see them cleaning and giving the pets some much needed love and care :)

I'm not a regular customer, but whenever I come in I find that the store it clean, well stocked and the staff friendly and helpful.

I'm probably more than the typical man who hates to shop, but I honestly look forward to seeing the smiling face from Amanda and Sky when entering Planet Pet!! Always willing to help in finding whatever I need and the cleanest pet store I have ever been in. More businesses should be run like Planet Pet... Thank you Amanda and Sky for your dedication to customer service and the love for animals

Planet pets has the best manager there. She is super friendly and helpful. We are in there 1-2 times a week. Her knowledge of the pets has helped us so much. And we have and had a variety of pets. That's the only place that my business will go for my animal babies needs.

Nice clean store. Manager really tries to help. Seems sincere. Shop here at least twice a month for past 2 years.

Everytime I go to Planet Pet I could stay for hours! Everyone is so nice especially the owners! I drive over 40 minutes to come here because they are the best around. Always a great experience!

Amazingly store. It's always clean. Stopped in today to look at the fish. Such a wide variety, and all the reptiles look happy and well taken care of.

Amanda is such a sweetheart! The store is always clean the animals look so healthy we always buy from this store and visit at least once a week! For anyone to say anything rude about the employees or store are crazy! My boyfriend and I are lifetime customers!

The store is always clean and neat. Animals seem very well taken care of and Amanda is always nice and professional! Nothing but good experiences here !

I have no clue why anyone is attacking Amanda she is a sweet heart. I have not had any issues with any employees there at all. I would be the first to defend Amanda, she treats me very well when I shop there. I stop there often I play with the animals and they are all cared for well. None of them are in bad shape and Sky greets me almost every time and wants to play. This personal vendetta needs to go away. The store is just fine. I get crickets for my gecko a few time per week and when I pul up they sometime even have them ready for me at the counter even before I get in the store....to me that's great customer service. The bottom line is if you don't like to shop there go somewhere else and leave everyone else that is happy with the service there alone, simple as that.

We frequent planet pet a couple times a week if not more.
This is the first time I am seeing some of these horrifying reviews and needless to say I am truly appalled at the unprofessionalism here.
First I would like to say that we have had several animals (dogs,cats,lizard,fish) that we have purchased food and other supplies for many many times and even when I did not know what I needed or what to do, the staff and management here helped me and even saved my pets life more than once.
I have also seen animals come in to their store that should have never have lived but the staff worked with them until they were healthy and able to go to a forever home and safe. I also have seen animals come in who have not been the "friendliest" in the world and they did their best to make sure that children and customers were safe from them while they spent days or weeks working with that animal to make them suitable for a forever home.
They work very hard to keep their store clean and tidy and I will be the first to sugggest planet pet to ANYONE.
Stop in and let them show you that what I say is true and that this stuff of getting at a certain person in just nonsense!!

i am a veterinarian,,,i have a ball python so i do stop in often for mice,,store is always clean,,Amanda the manager is most always there and very knowledgable and helpful,i can tell she has heart for animals

Great service and awesome personell that work there. Never had any issues, seems to be a lot of personal attacks on the manager that have nothing to do with the business. I have bought a lot of dog food from here. And have always been greeted with a smile.

This is such a great store. I have always come here to buy my dog food and my supplies for my turtle tanks. Thank you to the nice manager who is always so eager to help out.

@Kristie K. I remember you, you used to work at Planet Pet and you were not very nice to me. You acted like you had much better things to do on your phone than help me when I needed a conditioner for my dog. I ended up leaving and coming back when the manager Amanda was working and getting help from her. I haven't seen you in there for a couple weeks so either you were fired or quit. Judging by your review you were fired. Thank you Planet pet for helping me every time I need something. Also @Wendy W. this is not a review of the business this is a personal attack on someone highly rude of you.

I love coming to planet pets your greeted with awesome employees and Amanda is the greatest she helps customers with a smile and so sweet also you get greeting by a kitties and love sky so friendly...I live in Ohio but would rather come to see you all..Thank you

The manager Amanda helped me out so much. She saved my geckos life. It hasn't been eating for weeks and she told me exactly what to do and now she is eating again

owner seens a lil off, & prices on most things are way to high to keep things moving off the shelves (dusty) & owner is never there for questions in the afternoon, two young boys are there mostly & neather can answer or vouch for the owner to order things, dont know why there still open myself???

A bit pricey, the guy owner is so scared of the exotic pets (tarantulas mostly) and the lady can be nice but she's kind of snobby too.
