Thank you urgent care of Lawrenceburg! You saved my son's life. You have diagnosed him with acute appendicitis from the first minute you saw him and sent him to do CT scan of his belly and he got his appendix removed the same day. The surgeon told me that if the diagnosis was delayed 24 hrs, my son's appendix would have exploded!

I went in to be seen on valentines day. i was told from insurance clerk who ia also the manager that I couldnt be seen. The reason is because my insurance was not valid (per a computer of theirs they check on) I called my insurance company, since the urgent care wouldnt make the phone call. My insurance company (Anthem) confirmed I had insurance but the urgent care still would not see me. Funny thing is, I have 3 valid working insurances, one of which pays up to 1000.00 per calendar year. Which I havent even used yet. That one was my secondary. I asked who owned this company and was told "I am not telling you that". I could not believe my ears. I then called my regular doctor and he bent over backwards to get me in for my emergency. I must tell you that this company also from a prior and only visit that I had personally. Never even filed my insurance for my visit last time. Beware.
