Anderson County Middle School, located in Lawrenceburg, Ky., offers education to more than 900 students in grades six through eight. Its curriculum includes subjects, such as English, language arts, mathematics, science, physical education and social studies. The school subjects also include business, social sciences, humanity and special education. It offers a wide range of services that include psychological counseling, educational support and transportation. The sports activities provided by the school include football, basketball, volleyball, hockey, track, golf, softball and wrestling. It also offers a variety of extracurricular activities that include band, drama, dance, orchestra, National Honor Society and yearbook. The school is a part of the Anderson County Public Schools.
