My mother was a resident of countryside for about 19 months. She recieved poor hygiene care , her hair, clothes and teeth were alwys dirty. The nursing home I found to be sub standard. There was unadequate staffing and always a turnover with the staff. The nurses that were with her in 9?09 are no longer at the facility and now adminstration has changed. I have found the staff to be rude and uncorpropitive. My mother was allowed to fall twice the second fall relating in her death. She received poor medical treatment. I would hope no one sends a love one to this facility.
