Chris Wilson, Owner of All Phase Construction ATL, promised a 4 DAY job to do minor hardscaping and back yard enhancement, including a pondless waterfall feature.  After an initial flurry of work, enough for me to agree to his request to pay most of the project because he needed the money, weeks went by without job completion -- sometimes with no communication at all.  Promises of completion were made and then broken -- more assurances given, and then broken.  Contractor asked us to "bear with me" and then would do minor work, but never complete the work per his promises.  He gave an additional promise that project would be complete the next day.  Finally, with waterfall leaking and running dry, electrical box not working, extension cords lying on the ground, and other elements of the job still remaining to be done, contractor walked off the job entirely that 'next day", at the beginning of WEEK 8, cursing me while he left.

My wife and I wanted to create a back yard we could use and entertain with. Our thought was to cover our existing concrete patio with flagstone and to extend patio with out door kitchen and fireplace. We called All Phase Construction ATL out to discuss our options. We were impressed with Chris Wilson whom provided great suggestion which included the idea to simply stain the concrete patio and use flagstone to increase the patio area. This saved us $3,000.00 plus the final outcome was better than we first thought. The design simplified the patio and after the outside furniture we put on the patio, the solid color of stain now made the furniture stand out and provide it to (pop).

When we compared the price of overall design with the kitchen and fire place it was a no-brainer to use All Phase Construction ATL. The reason we believe the price was much better than other companies proposed was due to All Phase Construction ATL not sub -contracting the electric, plumbing and gas elements involved.

The outcome was superb and we would highly recommend using All Phase Construction ATL to design and install any backyard improvements you may desire.
