Provided by YP.comAfter two previous bad experiences with this restaurant with hair in the food and spoiled chicken I decided to give this restaurant one last try. When I called for delivery I was told it would take 30-40 minutes to get my food. After one hour I called to inquire about my food and was told it would be at my house within minutes. After another 20 minutes my food was still not here so I called back and was told they were calling the driver to check on the status and I would get a call right back. Another 20 minutes later and I had to call them back and was then hung up on because I said I didn't want to pay for food that was an hour and a half cold!!!!! I tried calling back to talk to a manager and was hung up on again. I then called back several more times and was hung up on over 4 times. It took me calling from another phone because they have caller ID and refused to pick up when I called from my original number. I finally was able to speak to someone and was offered to pay $12 for the food but they would not prepare it fresh and deliver it fresh. I was told it had to be the food that was now 2 hours old.
I refused that and was hung up on again. I called my bank and the food had been charged to my account. I called two more times from my second number to get my refund but was hung up on again. Now the only was to get a refund was to go to the store. When I arrived at the store, I politely asked for my refund,but I was immediately verbally assaulted by the two Asian teenage girls behind the counter. They were very rude and argued with me about giving me a refund. After being cussed at and told that " I wasn't important " and they " didn't give a sh** " and " this is the way they do business ", I did get a refund. After doing some research on this restaurant I have found that it has changed ownership/management three times in the past three years.(i wonder why?) The current owners and the fowl mouthed abusive teenage managers are doing a very good job of running the business into the ground. They have no right to serve (abusing) the community they do business in. I will NEVER order from this restaurant again and I suggest that no one does either. On a positive note, I would recommend Golden House at 629 Scenic Hwy. 678-985-3620. The food at Golden House is good, they value their customers, and have been under the same family ownership for five years.
