I have had a good experience with this company. I have been with them for many years. I have received nursing services and my nurse has become like a sister to me. I call anytime during the night or day and someone will usually call back asap if they do not get to me immediately.

Do not use this business. I had in home physical therapy. The therapist would often now show up on time and sometimes miss an entire appointment. The worst part is their billing practices. They do not follow proper practices when working with your insurance company and attempted to bill my insurance in August for services from February. When they didn't get the proper response they did not follow proper procedures and came at me, the patient. Harassing phone calls to myself and my husband about the bill when they should be working with the insurance provider. I finally had to file a complaint with my insurance provider against them. I would NOT allow your insurance company to assign Contact Medical to any kind of service for you. Steer clear of this company
