Absolutely DO NOT HIRE DANIEL ASHLEY! It was too late to fire him and our worst nightmare unfolded. We learned in court that even the judges have no respect for him. He gave us false hope to fight our case and he did NOTHING.He didn't even show up at our first hearing!At the end of the day,he lost our case and ruined our lives. The saddest part is that we were innocent with an abundance of proof and he made NO EFFORT to fight for us. He never even called 1 of our 15 leading witnesses! This man could care less about people and their lives. How sad is that?
