I recently went through a divorce. As part of the settlement, I had to quit claim my home to my ex. Doug drafted the quit claim deed and created the deed filing application for me as well as communicating a copy of the filed deed to interested parties. Doug was very thorough and I would not hesitate to do business with him again.
