Good food but HORRIBLE service. Came to eat at the lawrenceville location with my family and the server didn't know what was on the menu, I ordered another order and it was never put into the system so my mom never received her food after waiting for about 30 minutes, we were never checked on after receiving our food until the end when we were ready for our check.... Also very over priced ......Long story short save your money and time don't come here

The customer service is horrible at this restaurant and I have to honestly say the management obviously does not care bc when you complain they act like its no big deal. I took my cousins who were from out of town there on 1/26/2013 after the battle of the bands, we arrived around 8:15pm, now mind you there were 10 of us and we didnt have a reservation, but they were quick to get us to a table. The horror began once we were seated. It took the waitress almost 20 minutes to come and get our drink orders another 20 minutes to come get our order and then an 1 hr and 45 minutes until we received our food. Now while we were waiting the waitress came to our table maybe 3 times in that 1 hr and 45 minutes. She stated that the reason it was taking so long was because it was busy, but I have seen more established restaurants with bigger crowds not take this long, so that was no excuse. She was nice but she was a HORRIBLE waitress when we finally got our food items were missing and she was suppose to get them and she disappeared for another 30 minutes, so we didn't get all we paid for but they still charged us full price. Because it took so long one of my cousins declined his food when it came out which I don't blame him, and for some of you who don't know, I found out if you have a party of four or more they charge 18% gratuity, and I think that is why the waitresses act like its no big deal to them if you complain bc they still get their money whether you tip or not, which we didnt tip the waitress because she didnt deserve a tip for her horrible service. The place is nice and so is the atmosphere but the customer service of the waitress and management is horrible and I am very surprised they are still in business. they need a class on Customer Service 101. If you don't mind waiting hrs for food and horrible customer service then this is the place for you but if you don't like that kind of service keep on driving by.
