The manager/owner can't even look into your eyes when she is telling you she can't take an item back that was a gift because you don't have a receipt. Her response will always be: "It's not my problem". I will NEVER shop again at her store; I rather drive 40 minutes to Perimeter Mall or even Mall of Georgia to get what I need out of LVL X. I don't recommend anyone to shop at this particular store and I'll ensure every girlfriend I have knows about the type of treatment you get if you were to exchange an item. She doesn't have a hard time taking your money thought!
