Welcome to Georgia Eye Associates! At Georgia Eye Associates, our eye care professionals specialize in understanding how the human eye really works, as well as eye diseases and conditions that affect your vision—many of which do not always have obvious symptoms. Our eye doctors, both ophthalmologists (MDs) and optometrists (ODs), know how age and risk factors affect vision over time, and they understand the benefits and features of corrective lenses (eyeglasses and contact lenses), as well as the benefits of surgical procedures to provide permanent vision correction or to treat more serious eye conditions. No matter where you live in the Atlanta metro area, be it Lawrenceville, Tucker or Buckhead, our optometrists and ophthalmologists take the time to explain the results of your eye exam, describe your options and listen to your eye care needs. Because maintaining good eye health is an ongoing partnership, we encourage you to ask questions and share your health information, which could be vital to monitoring, diagnosing and treating potential vision problems.

More interested in money than helping patients. Longtime patient, including entire family, means nothing.

If I can recommend anyone, I will

Dr. Poland, I wanted to thank you for helping me clear up the severe dry eye I was experiencing as a result of my Rheumatoid Arthritis. The procedure to block the upper tear ducts in order to keep my natural tears in my eyes longer really helped. I may at times have more than usual tears, but it's so much better than before.

Everyone at Georgia Eye Associates has been great to work with. If I can ever recommend anyone, I will.

Thank you

Venita M. in Buford, GA

false advertising

I visited their website and it stated that they accept Medicaid and Medicare. I called to make an appointment for my daughter and they are not accepting medicaid. That wastes my time and other people's time when we are looking for an eye doctor.

As a clarification, we DO accept Medicaid for medical problems, i.e, diabetic evaluations, glaucoma, cataracts, macular degeneration, etc. We do not accept Medicaid for routine vision exams, i.e, glasses, contact lenses. Patients are informed when scheduling their exam if we do not accept Medicaid for their particular needs.

This listing has been claimed by a business representative.
