Our visit to Great Expressions dental center with Dr. Willie Oliver and his staff was the best I have experience in a long time. I am going to recommend the rest of my family and friends to Dr. Oliver. I recommend Dr. Oliver if you need a good dentist, A dentist that really care about his patients and their smile.

I have new insurance which required me to change dentists. This one was chosen for my family. Upon opening the door the smell was overwhelming. Once in a patient room, the floors were filthy as were the mirror and sink in the room. Also, the rooms face each other so if you are laying back in the seat, you are looking at the person to your side and they were facing me. Very uncomfortable. The staff did not speak at all unless necessary and left me sitting for 20 minutes one time and 35 another after the consult with the dentist while they were typing up a treatment plan. They recommended a deep cleaning for early stages gum disease on 4 teeth where I have crowns which have separated from the gum in the back of my mouth just a bit. Once they came back in the room with a piece of paper, the cost for a recommended deep cleaning was $1600.00 and my part would be $1000.00. According to the website, customer costs is somewhere in the $300 range. When I told them I couldn't afford the deep but wanted to schedule a regular cleaning, the answer was no. They will not do a regular cleaning if the doctor has recommended something else. The staff was very rude when I told them I couldn't schedule the deep cleaning. I left and cancelled appts for my husband and daughter who were scheduled the next day. This is definitely not a place I would trust to work on my family.
