Our team will analyze, track, record and simplify your organizational requirements and provide accurate financial reports for the Board. Board members will have online access to these records 24/7. We offer a comprehensive range of financial services that include: •Monthly Financial Reporting including images of invoices, checks & bank statements. •Assessment Billing •Comprehensive Reporting •Collect, deposit, and account for all association monies daily •Delinquent Member Assistance •Coordination with Legal Counsel for Lien & Lawsuit Filing •Pay Monthly Bills •Cash Management of Operating & Reserve Funds •Resale/ Closing Attorney Letter Preparation •Welcome letter to New Neighbors •Corporate Tax Return coordination with CPA •Form 1099 processing & distribution to vendors •Annual Corporate Registration renewal •Annual Meeting Report Preparation & Mailing •Obtain proper insurance certificates and IRS W9s for all vendors prior to releasing payment •Annual Budget Preparation •Web Portal with real time data for Board Members & Homeowners Covenant Compliance Services Our inspections are conducted by a licensed manager. Our managers also are certified as a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®). To provide total transparency, our manager sends a recap report, letter and photo of each violation to the board of directors. These reports are also available on line.
