Doctor Banala is the most sweet and empathetic doctor I have ever met! She truly cares about her job and her patients. The nurses are wonderful. Especially July and Gina!

Avoid Kaiser Permanente. It operates like a factory, spends too much money on advertising, and does not employ the best doctors.



Instead, choose a place where you can go to a good doctor who will listen, understand, and make correct diagnoses based on a longer-term relationship with patients. The entire model of Kaiser Permanente devalues both doctors and patients, and treats medicine as an assembly line. If you want appointments with a series of random doctors from third-rate medical schools, and P.A.s, choose Kaiser. If you want to develop a longer-term doctor-patient relationship with a highly qualified physician, go elsewhere.
