I placed an order Friday morning and the order was unable to be fulfilled due to another businesses delivery truck damaging their electricity!! Even though this was not a result of ANYTHING the owner could have prevented he was so apologetic and sincere and went above and beyond to fill the order now that he had his power restored. Such a great company to do business with and the personal touch is so rare these days. Not to mention his arrangements are fabulous!

On Saturday, I placed a $75, plus delivery charge, fruit basket order to be delivered between 10:30 am and noon on Tuesday. At 10 am on Tuesday, I received a phone call telling me that my order would not be delivered. It seems there is only one person who can make up a fruit basket and she was not there.
I went to Kroger and I was able to get a beautiful gourmet basket for much less than this place. Will never recommend or use this florist again.

They always do such beautiful flowers from everyday to any event you can imagine! They are the best in Gwinnett County!!
