I went to this location for body work and a new paint job. The staff was friendly and finished my car before the scheduled completion date! The GM, Manny Rivera, was very tactful when communicating with my insurance company. My car looks brand new!! Thanks guys for such a smooth experience and flawless paint job! Highly recommend this place.

This is a great place to have your car painted...if you like dirt in your paint. Seriously, read their guarantee, there will be dirt in the paint. I had my car painted there awhile back. Looked great, thick and shiny for the 30 guaranteed days. After about 60 days, the paint shrunk (cured) and you could see how thin it was with about 25 to 30 dirt specks around the car. Bob offered to sand "some" of them down. No joke, I painted a car in my driveway one time, it had less dirt specks. Most places use ventilation systems and grounding techniques to prevent dirt. Not these guys. Sloppy masking around the sunroof will be a problem in the future as well.

Took a 2002 Nissan Maxima for repairs on May 14, 2013. Maaco took a look at the car and charged me a total of $1805 to repair the car.(Repair Order#17968). I also left a new fender that belongs to a 2012 Kia Optima that needed a new paint job. He charge me an extra $150 dollars to paint the fender (Repair Order#17969). I question Ladd Cain about the high price for the parts for the 2002 Nissan Maxima $165 for a new aftermarket fender and $325 for a used door. That it is way to high and I told him that I was going to research it online. I called Certifit Auto Body Parts from Forest Park,GA (404)363-4222. They sale a new aftermarket fender for a 2002 Nissan Maxima for $34 dollars. I also called S&W Auto Parts from Lithonia,GA (770)482-9500 and they have used doors for that car for $200 dollars with free shipping. I went back to Maaco the next day and spoke with Ladd Cain about what the parts cost and he told me with a really nasty look “ You should have brought your own parts “ Gave me some lie about the warranty. He would not disclose an original receipt for the new fender or for the used door. If Maaco can’t disclose an original receipt then they are running a very dishonest business by overcharging their customers. I also requested a refund of $150 for the Kia Optima fender that they did not paint properly and the paint does not match the rest of the car, Very poorly painted. I have to take it to a Kia Dealership and get it repainted. This business has an( F) Rating with The Better Business Bureau of Georgia.
