I would highly recommend PAL Lawrencville to anyone looking for a friendly, warm and effective pediatric practice. We have been bringing our daughter to see Dr.Sheth for more than 5 years now. She brings a great combination of expertise, accessibility and warmth to the practice. We have had similar experience with Dr.Messick and Dr.Lawson, they are great! The nurses and support staff have always been very helpful and understanding. Keep up the great service you are doing for the community, PAL!!!

This office would not allow us to pay self pay. Our insurance has such a high deductible we would never be able to reach it. They charge extremely high office visit levels for a minimal diagnosis and they do not reach their required components to charge for that level. When you do get a bill in the mail, it takes months to speak with someone about it. I’ve even gone to the office and left messages. Harriet, the manager spoke with me today and was extremely rude. Anytime I spoke, she talked over me. She was not helpful and spoke to me in a very demeaning way. She agreed we should find another pediatrician. The self pay price compared to our insurance price is $20 less. So, hope it was worth it. I was prepared to pay the full balance. Very unfortunate because Dr. Lawson is a great doctor but the staff around her is lacking in customer service skills.

This was my toddler's primary physician for about one year. In one year, I have had more frustrating and inconvenient experiences with them than anything. They never answer their phone line, whether it be to speak with the office manager, to make an appointment, or to speak with a nurse. Every time that I have needed to speak with someone in the office, I've had to leave a voicemail and wait hours before anyone contacted me. In the year that my child attended this office, the office manager and I played a frustrating game of phone tag-all due to the fact that they had entered our insurance information into their system incorrectly. The last straw that has pushed me to find another primary physician for my child happened when his two-year appointment "vanished" and he wasn't scheduled for any kind of appointment, for that day or anytime in the future. To make matters worse, this was the second time that this type of situation happened with the same office. In the end, this doctor's office provided a quality of medical attention that could be found elsewhere and a completely frustrating and disorganized office administration.
