Only time I've seen a full licensed MD asking a patient, how much time she's suppose to spend with a patient, only after patient have been waiting for over 40 minutes and the doctor was in the room for about 5 minutes at the most.

Great service.

I had a great experience at the Five Forks location, I was a walk-in but was seen quickly by Paul who diagnosed me and came up with a good treatment plan for me. The staff are very friendly and helpful, I will definitely use them again.

Don't go here unless you have to. Their staff are the rudest people, which kills the hard work the physicians put in. Their appointment person, Sabrina, is absolutely terrible. She does not seem to understand who is the customer.

I came to this "family" urgent care clinic with my 1 year old who was having an allergic reaction. His face and lips were splotchy and swollen. The people at the front desk turned us away. No doctor or nurse offered any care or even came out to look at him. They just told us to go to an ER. I'm still shocked and angry that this family medical care facility wouldn't even talk to us. I still get angry when I think about how traumatic this was for me as a mother. I would highly recommend staying clear of a practice with this type of philosophy.

Dr. Satish Poddar has been taking great care of me since 2000! The staff is a competent group of medical professionals! Sabrina Boyd, his assistant is the bomb! She knows it before he says it! The reason the waits can be long, great place to get quality care, period. Price competitive, if you are private pay this may be expensive depending on what you have done. Love, love, love these guys, family after all these years! Oh, and they do all kinds of diagnostics right on site, MRI, CT Scan, Mammograms, Stress Tests, Sleep tests, etc.

I really appreicate the staff at Reagan Medical. I could not afford a MRI scan anywhere else and not only did they give me a payment plan, they gave me a plan I could afford.

I have been sick for days and I did not have I insurance and I did not have a lot of money. Reagan Medical saw me for $25 when I was told I needed a CT scan they offered me a payment plan. I am do grateful. I rather wait awhile to be seen than to go bankrupt in the ER.

The workers are very nice and I will be back if I get sick or am hurting....

Despite the bad reviews I read I went anyways and I glad I did I was taken care of very well and it didn't take as long as thought....

This place was a life saver. I do not have insurance and I do not have a lot of money. A doctor treated me and gave me a RX for my sinus infection and I only paid $50. I am very grateful.

Horrible experience!! Decided to give this place a try despite the bad reviews. Staff was very unprofessional, arrived for my 2PM appointment at 1:50PM; everyone in the waiting room even those who did not have an appointment was seen before me. By 3:15PM I got tired of waiting and left. So far, this "medical practice" has been the worst I've seen in GA. Stay away if you prefer better patient care...AGAIN very unprofessional staff.

Busy place but good. As far as service the doctor was professional, staff was nice, wait was a little long but they believe in getting you better. I was given shots (which a lot of doctors wont do now) Was feeling better in no time! Nice place!

I visited recently and got nothing but respect from the staff. The place was clean and got in and out within a respectable time. All in all it was a perfect visit for me.

I was going to Reagan Medical at Five Forks, have an appt 8/13 but I am out of blood pressure meds and have been since Saturday and the quacks won't give me a 30 day supply of blood pressure meds! I am canceling the appt tomorrow then posting negative reviews everywhere I can! I have had headaches, nosebleeds, leg cramps. I wouldn't go back there if I were dying! I could see it if I asked for morphine, but damn blood pressure meds?! They don't even give you the courtesy of a call back! Even when you ask for a manager! I would DIE before going here again.

A good place to go if you need to been seen that day.

I went to Reagan Medical Center because a friend told me that this is the place to go if you do not have insurance and need to medical attention. The office staff was friendly and a PA treated me with care. I got fixed up and I was only out $50. So I love this place!!!!!!
