If I could give this place less than one star, I would. Before I even signed the lease, I informed them that the toilet in the duplex I was considering was constantly running. I told them again when I signed the lease and also wrote it on the sheet they have you fill out with things that are broken or damaged on the property. It took them almost a month to get a plumber out to fix it. The realty covers part of my water. Last week, I got a bill for the month the toilet was running, saying I owed for the overage. I reminded them that the toilet had been running before I even moved in. The lady just recalculated the bill and said that actually, I owed even more than what they had originally told me. She then asked if I had just written the problem on the sheet or if I actually told them too. In the end, I still had to pay for their incompetence. One month ago, I also called to inform them my stove wasn't working. The lady asked if it was plugged in, then said someone would call soon. Today, after talking to them about the water bill, I also reminded them that my stove was not working and that I still hadn't received a call...one full month later. She asked if I tried the breaker and told me that if someone came out and it was only the breaker, I would have to pay the bill. I had to also tell them my garbage disposal wasn't working, and she asked if I had tried whatever reset thing under the sink. I haven't messed with any of it, because I don't know anything about that stuff. I work in a music store. When people bring in their broken instruments, we don't ask them if they tried fixing it themselves first. That would end in disaster.I've been in my place less than two months, by the way. I recommend renting from anybody else.

I would not give them any stars.Extremely unprofessional rental management.Apartment , filthy, constant water leaks not fixed in a timely manner then charged for water overages. Constant battle to get anything fixed. Apartment has mice everywhere. ..black mold...realtor charging people for overages occurred before actual rental agreement signed or actual move in.Be sure to keep all of your receipts and put repair requests in writing , keep copy and mail certified. I had to call Attorney General in O KC this morning to be able to get out of lease.

Walk way

I hope this helps anyone and everyone. I was stationed in Ft sill and started renting from Clover. They had a great price range and we extremly helpful to get us in the home. After two deployments and renting from them 2 times with 3 different houses, I guess im stupid with the story i will brifly tell you about.

We moved into the house which as extemly dirty, lawn wasnt moved, holes in the wall, missing blinds and the list goes on but most of which was minor. Thought that like every home need some cleaning and TLC when you move in. I filled out the sheet and notified them about everything. After i over a year of liveing there i was given short notice of deployment. Once again Clover seemed more then helpfully. I cleaned the house from top to bottom, and made an appointment for a carpet cleaning company to clean the carpet. after i droped the keys off i asked when they can do a walk through with me. They told me that they will do it sometime next week and they dont to it with the renter. I should have known something was wrong with this but thought the nice ladys ive been dealing with for more then a year can be trusted, wrong. They charged me for blinds that were never there, carpet cleaning fee (which was done), wall damage (of the holes that i patched up and we noted on my inspection sheet. because i didnt note how many, where they where or the size of them), the grass being cut (which was cut two days before i moved out), cleaning fee (due to one shoe box left in the house a few tools left on the counter) and again the list goes on. I didnt find out until my wife told me in an email almost a month later that when she called to find out when we could be expecting deposit back that we were being charged. i was expecting 800 back and they wanted more then 200. After, i find out from the neighbors that Clover's only time over to the house was to inspect it after we left. they charged us for damages that they didnt even fix.

What they count on for business is military, knowing that when you move out that you will not be there to follow up and have no choice but to pay.

Terrible experience

Do not be fooled by the Century 21 name. This business is bad news and makes its living preying on military service members. Unfortunately, I did not do my homework prior to renting a property and I am hoping to prevent this from happening to someone else. I rented a property from them for a short period of time and in that time I cleaned the property up and took very good care of the property. I never asked to be compensated by the owner for improvements I made on the house. However, when the owner decided to sell his property I was pretty much tossed out at the end of the lease. This company expects you to leave all utilities on in YOUR name once you move out so that they can do their inspection AFTER you are gone at their convenience. They refuse to do a pre or final inspection with the renter present so that they may find "issues" with the house in order to take money out of the deposit they owe the renter. Please, please do your homework and ask your fellow soldiers who they would recommend. I found out the hard way and after the fact. Several people have told me since that this company has a terrible reputation in this community. I just wish I had known prior to signing my lease and I would have went with another company or waited on housing on post.
