One of the most above average CPA that I have ever had to prepare my taxes. There was not one time that my taxes were prepared incorrectly! Extremely proficient and professional.

All around lacking in professionalism from the receptionist to the tax preparer herself. During tax season, I called with questions regarding taxes two times and received no call back. Finally on third call, spoke with tax preparer and she was rude stating that she is very busy (never mind I am YOUR client also). Requested a second call back for total taxes due; after tax season to discuss questions....never received call back. Never received call to pick up paperwork. Truly disappointed, have been using services for several years now and this has come to a huge disappointment. Perhaps it’s time to retire. Will not use again nor would I recommend.

I have been working with this company for since 2004 and have always been treated with nothing but the utmost respect!!!!
They have always taken the time to sit down and explain any questions I may have. I am greeted with a smile and a piece of candy and made to feel at home. Their experience and Knowledge have helped me throughout the year immensely.
I would not go anywhere else.

The service of this establishment is seriously lacking. Upon calling and asking for a small amount of paper work (one piece of paper) I was greeted by a rather rude and confrontational employee. I asked when, if at all, that I would be able to pick up my requested information, and the employee scoffed, literally laughed out loud, at my simple question. The person then held an attitude with me and told me that I shouldn't be upset. I am irate at the simple, close-minded employee who could not politely and accurately help me resolve my issue. Even upon apologizing for being confused, I was met only by confrontation and biting sarcastic remarks.
