Purchasing appliances and furn...

Purchasing appliances and furniture at Easyhome has been a wonderful experience for my wife and I. The customer support staff were all very friendly and professional, they made it so easy to pick out what we wanted, set up a payment plan, have it delivered and even set it all up at our house! The owner, Shane, is a very nice gentleman who took a personal interest in our satisfaction! Thanks to him and his business we have all new kitchen furniture and two new appliances. We are definately planning on going back when we are ready for a new living room set. Thanks Shane!

This business or should i say Shane is unprofessional ! His sales men lied to my wilfe and I two weeks ago after we had payed to rent a bunkbeds.He had told us that the bed would be delivered frist thing 6/25/12 I called the store about 1030 am the bed got here at 230 pm .It was the wrong bed so i called them they told me they would order the right on and call me back they did not call back .Then after putting together they did not have the right mattresses i called the again and was told they would fix the probiem and call me back they never called back so I went there and talk to them.they wainted me to take some used ones they clean .Iask Shane to order me some new ones because we are paying for new beds he told me he could not .Then he told me Ididn't need to tell him how to run his business after me telling him he sould inspect the things him and his sells people send out

First, our schedule is from 11-3 in the morning so we wouldn't have told the customer we would be there by 1030 because my drivers don't get here till 1030 to start loading the truck. Second my sales guy did make a mistake he didn't realize we had no black bunkbeds. The ones we had were red and blue. The ones we carried previous to these were black and he just assumed by mistake that these were the same beds. We already had several bunkbeds in stock and thus couldn't order anymore stock at this time. The customer was upset and understandably so we offered him a full refund or we could switch him out for a black bunkbed when we were able to order again. None of these options appealed to him and after dealing with my manager in and irate and unacceptable manner I came out of the back office to talk with him. I explained to him a "mistake had been made!" everyone makes them its done. At this point I am trying to come up with a solution and he was unwilling to compromise and continued to tell me how I should run this business. He had a couch set that he hadn't had any problems with and returned that out of spite because of the situation with this bunkbed. Sometime you can't make a customer happy regardless of the solution. We have been in business here in Lawton now 2 yrs and this complaint isn't consistent with the level of customer satisfaction we usually provide. Sometimes you just agree to disagree and move on unfortunately this customer couldn't do that.
