Good service all around. I've seen plenty of bad reviews and it seems most of the people are just ignorant. Despite sometimes having to wait on the phone, their customer service is really helpful and on point. The connection prices aren't bad, especially with all these one year specials going on.

They nickel and dime you to death! Seems like every time I turn around, they are raising rates, $5 here, $6 there. Customer service could care less if you keep them or not. Now they want me to get ANOTHER box ( more $) to watch TV in my bedroom to receive channels I once receive w/o a box.

THIS COMPANY IS MORE THAN A POS JOKE AS A 'BIG BUSINESS' YOU RUN A MONOPOLY IN LAWTON NOT THE USA! "I WAS TOLD QUOTE:

WE DONT EXCEPT PEOPLE WITH THIER OWN EQUIPMENT!" WHAT I ACTUALLY UNDERSTOOD FROM THAT STATEMENT WAS THIS: "WE DONT EXCEPT PEOPLE!"

SO IF IT TAKES TILL I DIE, I WILL NOT STOP PURSUING YOU UNTIL YOUR GONE AND OUT OF LAWTON. MY SUGGESTION TO YOU IS A MAJOR CHANGE IN YOUR CURRENT STRUCTURE OF SERVICE.

fidelity is realy getting bad raising there prices and cutting channels and puting nothing but reruns on or junk noone will watch and when you tell them your going to drop them its oh well go ahead they dont care

Why did you change our cable boxes, now we can not pull up the menu and it does not even tell you how the movie was rated or what the movie or program is even about, shame on you. And I am sure that I am not the only one you has this complaint.
