This past weekend I called in to place a order of 18 chocolate sprinkle donuts the young man on the phone asked if I wanted any particular color I said no just girl colors. I picked up my order drove home to cache to find that only 5 of my 18 donuts were chocolate. I call back to let them know my order was not correct the young man answered the phone again and apologized for the mistake said there must have been a "miss communication and to bring them back and they will fix them" I drive back to lawton to have my order corrected and the lady that works there starts talking in their own language to the older man that makes the donuts and points right at me. He stops what he's doing and walks up front looks right at me turns around and goes back to the back. I do not know what was being said I feel that heir behavior was VERY Unprofessional and I did not appreciate it at all. I never once asked for my money back or for anything for free I just wanted what I ordered and paid for. I have bought donuts from J's donuts for several years now and love their donuts but after that behavior I won't be back for a while if ever.....
