I love Stacy in the office she's so sweet and fun. And the doctor himself is amazing he will make sure you know what's wrong! Over all I'm satisfied

I have been a patient of Dr. Aiku for a few years now. I adore the Doctor herself but have had issue with incompetence in her staff which has been brought to her attention and instead of correcting the issues with staff, I found that they were defended and not held responsible. The problems range from lost disability papers to delayed response to a surgeons request for test results and God forbid you need a prescription refilled. I understand it takes time to fulfill request for refills and they even have a refill line which states to give them 48 hours. If it were that easy. Not only do you have to call and make your request for refills but you also have to call the pharmacy and have them send a request by fax to the Doctors office but good luck getting a response back. Apparently they only handle refill request on Fridays which is the day they are closed. I like Dr. Aiku herself but the lack of competence is more than any patient with should be expected to accept.

He has been my PCP since I was about 8 years of age and I'm 31 now. He and his office manager, Janie, have always been very helpful and professional.

The Dr. is a good guy, but his office never returns phone calls and not good at helping unless you have an appointment.



I have waited over a week for simple follow up calls.
