They received my referral in late September. It took them until mid December to contact me for a appointment. Then they cancelled that one. So the first appointment was for 15 Jan at 1030. I wasn't late. I showed up at 1021. I sat in the last in a cold room for God knows how long. At 1145 I had enough. At 1157 as I finally finish putting my socks and boots on, the finally decide to come in. Not the kind of service I would except. I'm taking business elsewhere.
