The complex has new owners and they have spent over $350,000 on upgrades and repairs and will spend another $500,000 by the end of year 2016. Including gating off the community and the introduction of two roof top lounges for the new upscale clients.....

We have lived here around 4 years now with the new owner, tom just recently having taken over. Up to this point we have literally had little to no complaints about the buildings. He likes to give excuses to the many things that need to be done, the most recent being the pool, which even now in the summer remains filthy. Office management has refused to give us a proper reason why the pool remains as such. And being that the pool has been the only reason why we bothered staying (even after countless people have come and gone) we think it is time to pack it up. Do not do business with this pathetic place. -See pool photo above-

The owner Tom is crooked as a two year olds hand writing they do not maintain there raggedy over priced cubicals the call apartments even though your bills may be paid be prepared for your power to go out during the heat of summer and cold of winter. Theres mold in the cielings.these a just a few things that occur there off the top of my head and after dealing with all the bs, Tom claimed I had abandoned my apartment while all my bills were paid on 18th of the month then claimed to have thrown all my stuff away but I just seen one of his maintenance men wearing a pair of my nike shoes. Lol. He also wrongfully evicted my girlfriend with 3 kids and gave her 3 days to get out. After all of this herrased my grandparents and threatened to sue me.STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THESE ANIMALS AS POSSIBLE.
