I've been going to Pretty Nails for 7 years now my mom got me started and I love it. Tracy and her husband r awesome if you need something done unique Tracy is the lady to go too. I always get great compliments when my nails are done and you better believe I send them right over to see Tracy..

I have been to other nail salon and was never happy about their service.since I 've been going to pretty nails I was a happy customer.Tracy does my nails and pedicure and she does a very good job and i'm out of there within an hour.,I had no complaints.I love the way they do my nails and pedicure,wax and etc.I would refer my friends and family to pretty nails.Also their prices are pretty decent compare to other nail salons.Keep up the great Job.One .Happy and Satified customer.

Customer service is horrible they were VERY rude and disrespectful and expensive their service is not worth the money. I certainly don't recommend this place to anyone!

Firstly the customer service is lacking. I sat there for over an hour before a word was even uttered to me. Secondly this is not the nail salon i used but I was taken there to do by nails for my birthday so I would not say no to free, however I would have done a much better job just buying myself some nail polish and doing my nails myself. Not only was my skin filed and a week later I am still bruised but after wasting 1 1/3 hours of my life (waiting and getting my nails done) when I took a shower that night the nail polish started cracking and looking a mess.



The other nail salon I use the nail polish doesn't start chipping until about 3 weeks in and I wash dishes and shower regularly. Pretty nails is not worth the money

Medicore to say the most about this place. I got an anything but luxurious pedicure from a gentleman who finished before the lady next to me ( who started BEFORE me) was done massaging! Massage was weak, filing was hard and he filed so hard it caused pain. Polish is old, diluted big time, low quality polish. Certainly not worth the $25 I paid for the service. I won't be returning.
