She charged me almost 2000 dollars because the other office worker didn't work there a week after I paid my bills, turned my husbands orders in, and moved. Then when you try to call to complain the office manager Little Miss Marinda is never available so prepare yourself to even send a message to through someone else.

Provided by YP.comBetween having several work orders never addressed, problems with ventilation, issues with appliances in the unit, dirty hallways, dog feces all the yards, the smell coming from the swamp area, rudeness from the staff, unprofessional management, laundry facilities that never seem to work, paper thin walls, scratched up counters, carpet that leaves a lot to be desired, and walls that are rather cracked considering the place is only 7 years old, I simply cant wait to be out of these apartments

Provided by YPmobilePLEASE READ BEFORE COMING TO THIS PROPERTY. Where to begin. First off, rent is 700 a month and it is a corporate run complex which means all rent must be paid online with a $35 charge for using a card or have to go to Walmart and use money gram. It is beyond annoying to either go out or pay 35 more than you owe. Of course there is a late charge if you don't pay by the 3rd, and if there is anything left as a balance by the 8th, you will receive an eviction notice placed on your door. when i first moved in i took a black light around the place and found giant, like couch sized white stains. i find this odd because we are forced to pay for carpet cleaning before we leave, which we are only allowed to use their approved guy for the job. The heating and ac in this place is put garbage! In the summer your apartment sits at 85 degrees with ac on full blast and in the winter 40 degrees with heater all the way up. Everytime they "fix it" the problem continues. this is probably due to the fact of poor window insulating and the fact the ac unit that is connected to your apartment isn't completed sealed either. And if you think this is me complaining about just my unit, it isnt my friends in other buildings have the same issues. The washers and dryers don't work properly. A wash cost 1.75 and you don't know if it works until you put the money in, so half the time you waste 1.75 and prayer because the washer doesn't work. the dryers never dry anything, I can through in 5 towels from the washer into the dryer pay my 1.25 and come back in 30 minutes only to have to pay again because they are still wet. Any normal size load on laundry will cost you about 5 dollars to dry, mostly. because of this my wife has to hand wash and drip dry our laundry in the bathroom. The insect problem is horrible, mostly hornets and wasps. they aren't inside the house, they will make nests in your walls through small exposed openings in the paneling and outside sprinkler openings. I can't be on my porch for more than five minutes without having to spray at least 2 wasps. when informed about it they sent a guy with a can of hornet killer who sprayed the area they were getting into, and only to have the wasps come back 2 days later. the insect spraying they do every month is only inside, and they say it as harmful as soap and water, but when the guy came he told my wife to keep my toddler away from the areas he sprayed because it could make him sick. and like I said they only spray inside the doors not outside. the place also constantly smells like sewage because of the "pond" they have on the property. the pool is disgusting and always green, my friends and family refuse to swim here as do i. the doors inside are never completely level or plumb so they won't close all the way, hell, when my front door is unlocked I can push it open, no door know needed. the counters and walls are beyond easy to stain. I spilled a bit of spaghetti sauce on the counter, wiped it up immediately and it stilled stained. blinds will fall off just from you tapping them. this place is a huge rip off and joke. I have lived in apartments in the ghetto that cost $300 a month that are more reliable, safer, and honestly nicer than this place. I tried to get out of the lease back in November 2014 after living here for 4 months, but they wanted 1350 plus the remainder of the lease paid off even if i got orders from my commander to move me to another house or apartment. so I have had to suck it up and live in a place a hate until my lease is up in August 2015. DO NOT RENT HERE. I can not stress that enough. These, like I stated earlier, are problems at least 3 other family's are experiencing as well. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

Provided by YPmobileMoved in about two months ago. Terrible choice. The carpet is like sandpaper and very dirty. It has torn up my Dyson vaccum. The walls are like paper. I can hear every footstep above me and my own in my own apartment and I'm very light walker. You can only full the bath about half the way up before it is ice. The shower will only stay luke warm for about 2 minutes. The appliances and counter tops are very cheap and scratched. When moving in, I could barely fit my midsized couch through the stairway. The windows are very thin and when it storms, which is all the time, you will be up all night. My first electric bill was 150 and I kept the air at 73 degrees and barely used any electricity. Very poor insulation. The toilet is for midgets. And runs constantly. The bath is also very narrow and short. I'm 5'4 so that says something coming from me. You can only get fidelity and have to pay through the nose for it. People have unauthorized animals and smoke so don't worry about those files being enforced. Dogs aren't on leases half the time. The dog area btw is muddy! My dog has filthy paws after every bathroom break. It is spacious and has a balcony. Water is included and rent is fairly cheap.

Provided by YP.comI've read some reviews about the management change around 2012. I agree 100% that the old management was great and were always so nice. Then the new beast came in and is rude and acts like she's the boss of the tenants. We left the apt perfect when we moved and she came up with $950 worth of things which I still refuse to pay today. I hear almost everyone who moves gets all kinds of charges. It used to be a great place. It's the management.

Provided by YP.comI love this place!!!! I don't know what these people talking about.. they might just love to bad mouthing. You know.. some people do..
I have been living here for almost two years and I don't have any thought to move out unless I move to other city or just simply when I buy a house. The complex are neat and clean, as well as family oriented. They also have a small play area, which is perfect if you have any kids. As far as the maintenance, they always keep this complex clean. The lawn are kept short most of the time -- especially in summer, the pool are well maintained (in the summer/fall). They do their best to keep this place clean. I see the maintenance people pick up after the tenant's pet's poo every day. I have pets of my own and I ALWAYS pick up after their poo. If every pet's owner do this, we wouldn't have poos problem. Pick up after pet's poo should not be the maintenance responsibility, it is owner's responsibility. I know some people pick up after their pets, but obviously some don't! If you want to have pet, then please be RESPONSIBLE! If you can't then you do not deserve to have one. Please people, don't make others clean after your pet's poo and try to blame the apartment complex for this.
As I mentioned earlier, I have been living here for almost two years. I never have any issue with the staff here. The staff in the office, or the maintenance/housekeeping people, they are all nice, and always act in common courtesy. Every time I have any maintenance issues, they're always pretty responsive and quick enough to solve/fix the problem. I use my dishwasher regularly and so far I have never had any problem with it. I also don't understand why other people have their bath tub clogged regularly.. it's probably because they put something that is not supposed to be in there. I have a long hair that even touch my waist, and every time I wash my hair, I see a bunch of hair on the tub, but yet I have never had any clogged up even once in the 2 years of my living experience in here. Same thing with toilet, never had any major issue with it. Had a clogged experience, but not very often. I have a plunger here, so I just plunged it myself. Problem solved!! If I still can handle it myself I won't call the maintenance guy to plunge my toilet. That's just simply NASTY! Be responsible for your own poo..! And if you don't have any plunger, buy it. It's not that expensive. If you can afford to live here, then you can afford a plunger. Now, as far as ant issues, they schedule a bug spray regularly, and usually left a notice on the door to let the tenants know beforehand. I had ant issue before (that happened in between the regular spray schedule), I called the office left a working order then the maintenance guy came up and had my apartment sprayed.
I like the fact that they built speed bumps. They just try to keep this place safe. Before the bumps were here, people were just flying trough the parking lot. Come on... this is residence area.. please be respectful to each other. Oh, and one more thing.. when I renewed my lease, I got a free carpet cleaning for the whole area in my apartment. Soon, when I renew my lease again, I am pretty sure that I will get another one..
Overall, I highly recommend this apartment. This is one of the best apartment complex in town.

Provided by YP.comDont let theses people play with you the lady with the alotment and the ones who had to PCS go to the housing office or call me and they will make the apts pay you back the late fees, and whatever other fees they shouldnt have charged. We moved here in 2008 lived in the apt 6mo had problems the lady on post called the manager told her I was breaking my lease, she was going to give me my deposits back , and that I would not be paying anymore rent. So dont LET THESE CIVILIANS do this to you there are people on post to help you and they can also get black listed and lose all military if they keep on.

Provided by YP.comDon't rent here! I moved out and was charged a $350 "redecoration fee" on top of other fees when I only lived in my apartment for 4 months and didn't even hang up a picture or anything during that time. The apartment was spotless when I moved out, so I don't know what this redecoration fee is for. Sounds like they charge it to everyone when they move out, so be prepared to pay that. The management sucks and has attitude like you wouldn't believe. I'd steer clear if I were you! I plan to report them to the housing office on base as well.

Provided by YPmobileThis place is horrible!! Do not rent here. Our first month of living here my husband and I set up an allotment (so our rent was taken out half on the first and half on the 15th, when hubby gets paid) and the manager totally screwed it up and our rent didn't get paid. They didn't even tell us our allotment didn't go through, just slapped us with a late fee. Then we tried to pay it with a money order and it still didn't get paid, then the slapped us with an eviction notice. And I went and talked to the manager about it and she was very rude about it and wouldn't take the late fee away (remember: the late fee we got for her mistake) Then I was doing something on the computer in the office and asked about their pet policy and the manager said "its $250 deposit, then $30 a month.but if you get a pet and just don't tell me about it it won't bother me if you have a pet." So that's exactly what we did and i let my dog outside one day and as soon as I got back inside there was a warning on my door saying I had to pay the $250 and $30 a month. Which I don't mind doing at all, but why tell someone they can get away with it when you really aren't going to let them??
Also, I found a scorpion in my bedroom and asked them to come spray and they didn't. Then a month later I found another one and my husband took the scorpion to them and they came back with him and sprayed finally. This is just the start of my problems here. But I better wrap it up!
The best advice I could give you, is to NOT rent an apartment here!

Provided by YP.comAll of the small things add up to be big problem.
Within the past week the "Community Washing & Drying" has gone from $2.00 to $3.00. I know this may not sound like much, but the appliances are the same from before, and there was no notice.
I have lived here for over a year now and there has been no maintenance to my apartment or even a simple annual carpet clean.
The manager parks her beaufitful car in two parking spots everyday.
The PREVIOUS managment was under investigation for money issues.
Parking is first come first serve. No reserved parking and there is way too many handicapped parking spots.
I wouldn't live here if it wasn't such a hassle to move.
I am just speaking for the community. I am not talking about anyone in particular.

Provided by YP.comCould not agree more. This place is a mess. I typically do not badmouth businesses, but I feel like I have to for the sake of future customers.
In addition to the mess of living there (HORRIBLE customer service, grass is never cut, pool is disgusting, apartments are cheaply made, etc), we left 2 months ago due to a PCS move and just received a bill in the mail stating we owe ridiculous fees, to include a $350 'redecoration fee' we were never told about.
This place is trash. Call the Fort Sill housing office and get help through them, do not live here.

Provided by YP.comDon't rent here. If you do don't say we didn't warn you!
Pros:
The apartments are nice looking and clean.
Cons:
The worst and most important issue with this complex is the staff at the office will lie to you, not return phone calls, lose your money then charge you late fees, take MONTHS to follow up on an issue even when you call them weekly to try to get it resolved. Not professional at all. When you go in to pick up a package they lazily sit on their butts and tell you go to look through the massive piles of boxes in their office. In my opinion all of them should be fired and replaced.
The bathtub backs up about once a month... for some reason this is a common problem and I've tried using drano before to no avail.
The hot water doesn't last too long in the shower.
During the summer the balconies have a lot of wasps on them. When I called they sent someone over with a bug spray.
The dishwasher doesn't work very well... my dishes come out with gunk all over them.
The paint they use on your walls is so cheap that if you accidently rub ANYTHING against them, no matter how light it touched the wall will leave marks. The paint on the walls feel like chalk. I'm very clean and careful and my walls already are really marked up.
They are constantly lowering the price of rent. I moved in and since then they already dropped the rent price by $50.
Good luck if you move here.

Provided by YP.comWhere do I even begin?!
1.) When we first moved in (in May 2012), I noticed the dishwasher was not up to par on cleaning anything. I tried cleaning the actual machine and that did no good, maintenance came and looked at it and said it was just fine (and admitted to me he lives here and they don't use their dishwasher for anything but a drying rack because they're just really cheap appliances.)
2.) Every single month I have to call them to come unclog my tub. My hair is slightly past my shoulders, so if you have really long hair, I hope you know how to do this yourself (this last time it took them almost 2 weeks to come unclog it!)
3.) 4 apartments share 1 washer, 1 dryer. Second month we were here, the washer overflowed. Since we moved in, the dryer works *sometimes*. We pay $1.25 for the wash, $0.75 to dry. We've had people dry their clothes 4 times in a row because it won't dry properly, causing our laundry to sit in the washer for almost 4 hours.
4.) Unless you send in a check or money order, expect to pay an extra $20 on top of your rent every month. To terminate your lease early, they told me it would cost $1200, plus 2 months rent, making it $2,560 to get out.
5.) We have a horrible wasp problem on our patio. I've called maintenance about 5 times in the last month to let them know we need the exterminator to come out, and they send a maintenance man out with a can of Raid. Obviously that didn't get rid of the problem the first time.
Overall, I cannot wait until our lease is up. We will be promptly moving somewhere they don't rip us off and take care of things in a timely manner. I wish I could rate this place with 0 stars.

Provided by YP.comI'm about to move out. I gave a 25 day notice instead of 30 and the woman in the office actually said she's going to attempt to charge me for next month even though I won't be living here. The apartments are cheaply built and all the finishing touches on the molding are all undone as if they just built it as fast as possible. The toilets they installed here have a flawed design and you have to use a plunger EVERY day. The woman in the office always has a fake smile and she has a passive aggressive attitude. I mail my rent in and whenever the mail gets there 1 day late, they charge 40 dollars. They recently installed speed bumb in the parking lot which are very annoying and do more harm than good. One time the people came in to replace the furnace filter and they walked right in unannounced and scared the hell out of my 9 year old daughter who was in her bedroom while I was in the bathroom. I was here 2 years and they raise the rent every new lease, I guess thats the woman in the offices' way of saying thanks for being a good renter.

Provided by YP.comThis place is the best place in town. It is really clean compare to other apartments around Lawton. The staffs are very nice and helpful. I always get my maintenance problem resolved within one day, and if it's an emergency problem I get my problem resolved very soon, even on after-hours time, the maintenance guy showed up with smile on his face and ready to helped us out. This is my second lease term and will definitely renew my lease here.

Provided by YP.comI have lived here a year, and enjoy the area. It is quiet and has a somewhat country feel because of some of the fields around the area. The property manager is a very nice and professional person. The maintenance people are usually quick at responding within the day to when I call for something broken or not working.
