I had a received phone call from the owners son, Coulston, based upon my review. They were obviously bothered by it. He asked about some of the things about my experience with RV Connection so I was brutally honest. He told me he would get back with me after we had talked in which he did. They gave me some great options to choose from to try to keep me as a customer. Now I never had a company call me back with sincere concern which is great thing from this company to do. I just wanted to bring the issues up because this is a company that has a lot of RVs to choose from and the only company that provides service when needed in our area. My advice is to spend the extra money to add a couple of years of warranty for your RV. I believe they will try to help in any way especially with their concern for me. All I wanted was some feedback and they went beyond that. Thank you RV Connection. I am back as a happy and loyal customer.

The salesperson was great. When it came to doing the paperwork a lot wasn't mentioned that should have. I had to find out myself. When it came to the walk thru before picking up the trailer the older guy did not tell us a lot of things as well. Again had to find out myself. For someone who is paid to do a job like that and especially when he was rude and sarcastic really was unprofessional. Had many things go wrong with the trailer and took months to get it fix. I always thought the customers should be treated better but it does not apply here. Also, if you see the red hair lady behind the counter, turn around and leave. One of the rudest people I met. Her customer service makes you want to go elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and travel the extra distance to a more friendly company. Also, when it came to pick up the trailer the first, second and third time, they park it and will not help you in anyway to get it on the truck. The good thing though they did hire a new service manager who will do his best. The salesperson was great but for the other stuff which could have been avoidable is not worth it. I bought my trailer there but will trade it in to a different company.

i bought popup from them. thought i had something wrong with air. they said i wasnt doing controls wrong. id said of course i havent tryed it again. then yesterday i was rolling it up let go handle it whine down like clock it put a big slash in arm where it caught.so i called about it they said they replaced that part. so i went in the next morning they said it was working when it left. i know it has no warranty but at least they should cover what they repaired.they said we look at it. then my husband went to make app. they said thursday and their would be a charge. their service people aint worth crap. the only one that will tell truth is mike. who ever is their clean up crew or great. so if i have to pay for it it will go somewhere else. i do believe in karma. may god bless you for taking advantage of people
