Horrific wait times. Expect to wait an hour or more to be seen. Staff become argumentative and defensive when asked questions regarding treatment or details about the visit. The focus seems to be on revenue, not the patient.

Office staff was very thorough. Very nice and have no complaints. Recommend

Unlike the review below. The staff including Dr. Shadid I received excellent care and he had the best bedside manners. Loved that he didn't recommend another pain killer to just mask the problem, but gave me something to assist with the actual symptoms. A few days later I received an epidural shot and again he and his staff were excellent with my care. I work in the medical field and have to say I love this doctor!!!!!!

Dr. Shadid's assistants are very nice however the dr. himself has a bad attitude, and doesn't seem to care about his patients.. I have heard him chew patients out just for coming back early because there meds were not working.. What kind of dr. does that? None that I know of.. I will be going back to my regular dr. at least I know he cares and wants to help me with my pain.. This Dr. doesn't seem to know what he's doing and is NOT friendly at all..
