While they have 1 good employee they have to much business for her to handle. Phones are hardly ever answered because she is busy dealing with the constant flow of people coming into the office. This causes a 2+ hour wait when you are there to pay your bill with cash. The other lady that works there rarely, is slower and more likely to screw up your account or lose your paperwork. It is obvious this company does not care about customer service and treats their employees very crapy by expecting 1 to do the job of load of 2-3 people. Their cheaper prices will just cause you to waste hours of your time!
