I would highly recommend this taxi cab company. I was given a quote on a ride and when I arrived at my destination, the fare was almost double the quoted rate. The driver, Edward apologized and offered to give me a return ride at no cost. I took him up on the offer and a couple days later he was already waiting for me at the appointed time and did not charge me for the ride. I do believe it was his day off too! Thanks much Edward. I appreciate your professionalism and will ride with you again!

Lousy! I was supposed to be picked up on 29 August 2016, at 7:55 am, but they didn't show up. The drivers don't communicate; some do not even know what's going on with their company. If you need to be somewhere in the morning, certain hours, you're SOL (they take students to school). Perhaps they should readvertise, about this, so perspective customers know!

So this young driver, Michael I believe was his name was a very professional driver. He was very courteous and very funny, he made my day by his creative ideas for each day. I'm going to continue using this service and will support this company just because of this young buck. Someone like him deserves to be running a business like this... If there were more people like him were I am from, taxis would be fun to ride around again! Great service, excellent rates and perfect service skills Michael, keep the faith and remember when all else fails "contact the mother ship and go on home"



P.S. Jennifer, maybe you should get a car if you don't think that this service is amazing. People like you are stains on a napkin, easy to throw away.

DO NOT RECOMEND THIS TAXI SERVICE! The whole experience was absolutely horrible!, Terrible costumer service, overpriced, was late picking me up charged me for miles he drove because he went to the wrong location TWICE!!

These guys are great! Just got picked in a timely manner and the driver was more then courteous and very professional! I'm going to use these guys from now on, I can't believe Jacob down below would berate a great company like this. Don't let this guy fool you, this is a great company

Well, I WISH I could call these guys for a ride... sort of... but the new owner will PROSECUTE me if I do. He wants me out of the way PRETTY BADLY. You see, my friends, I DROVE for this company, for a whole year, up until last June 2015, and it was the biggest NIGHTMARE job of my LIFE. I kept their 2003 Lincoln Towncar clean, waxed, full of oil, and BARELY ALIVE, often with my own money. The OLD owner was a flaming PARTY ANIMAL, who cut every corner he could, while I was working nothing but 12-hr graveyard shifts, in the dead of winter, and making $200 a wk. WOW. Now, that is PATHETIC. The NEW owner wouldn't hire me back, after the company... and the car... DIED. The new owner, whose OWN taxi business had died, has threatened to SUE me if contact him again. BTW: "Kelly O." (seen below) was one of my many loyal customers, and she will be AGAIN.

New ownership and now I can never reach them. Missed a few Dr appointments and am very disappointed. I use 3 times a week at least and now am looking for another option.

Great service, picked me up at 2 in the morning when none of the other companies would. Nice car, courteous drivers, decent fares. Would use again.

PLEASE cross your fingers with me! I was unsuccessful locating anyone who could get me approximately 6 miles around midnight in the cold. Other companies referred them and so far I've received 2 confirmation calls from the actual driver identifying his location & ensuring his arrival. Upon arrival to my home I will update my review. So far my nerves have been calmed and I feel hopefull

Would not recommend this company. I called them because it said they were 1.2 miles away from my house. It took them 40 minutes to get to me. Don't expect a normal cab with this company either. The car that pulled up was an old grandam with its windows taped shut. The driver looked like she was either a meth user or a recovering meth user and the passenger she brought was a huge guy that looked like a biker with no teeth. Inside the car was filthy and reeked of cigarettes. I looked around and didnt see any type of business license or ID showing it was a legitimate business. I got where I needed to go and it cost me 25$ which wasnt a bad price but I wouldnt call them again.

This is the worst taxi ever . Driver was rude. No taxi markings. Dog hair all over the seat. This cab was completely flithy. It looked as if it was used for dogs, transporting car parts, and homeless people. Unless you have NO other transportation to the airport I would avoid this service . But you still would almost be better walking .
