Provided by YP.comI never thought I would do private practice because the idea of being responsible for marketing and getting my own referrals seemed overwhelming. I had a friend try private practice and with her help, I got connected to Aspire network. I will never forget the first day I walked in and talked to staff openly about my goals. It felt like the best place to open my own practice and to to this day, that has been true for me. Aspire does the marketing and since my first day, I have never had empty spaces for clients because of all the great marketing they do.
Scheduling, access to wifi, CEUs, clinical case staffing, access to fax machines, and mail delivery are all given to clinicians at no cost. The cost of rent is a steal of a deal especially since marketing is included.
Besides it being a great move for my career financially, being connected to amazing and experienced clinicians has helped motivate me and develop talents and skills I didn’t have before. Last summer I wanted to try to do something I never tried before; during that time Aspire sat down with me at no cost and helped me come up with ways to realize my dream.
I feel that the Aspire Network sincerely wants me to succeed and is invested in helping my business grow and also me personally. I am proud to work with people who practice integrity and expect their clinicians to do the same.

Provided by YP.comThis review will be fair and based only on my experience as an employee. I was here 15 months. Management is nice and never mean. They try to care about you as an employee. Their leadership lacks experience and did not know how to effectively help me succeed in this business. On 3 seperate occasions I had significant changes made in my work which caused big adjustments to be made. I was told that it was a learning experience for them to, something I did not need to hear from people in the business for years. I felt set up for failure because of mostly unrealistic or too lofty of expectations set by management. Abruptly one day, after three weeks of ignored e-mails to 3 owners of the company, I was let go because I wasn't bringing in enough business. This is after I learned for myself that there was this phantom expectation that my incredible skills would sustain my practice even though I was given very few referrals from the company, couldn't take most insurances (I had to deny 15+ people because of this), and I think management forgot that therapists have ethical values and terminate clients when goals are met instead of keep them around for money's sake. I had several clients that I lost credibility with because of big changes to what insurances I could/could no longer take. This should have been sorted out by management ahead of time, and they should have discussed what I could/could not take by talking with insurance management (possibly more than once to assure accuracy) instead of customer service. It made me feel incompetent and disorganized to my clients. Overall these managers/owners are good people. I would be kind to them if I saw them and don't take things personally. I genuinly felt tossed around and set up for failure as a CSW. I was warned several times by past and current employees that this likely would hurt me. They were right. I hope this seemed like an honest review. I hope this review does not negatively affect customers, because each therapist is unique and special. I hope it does influence a new therapists wanting to start employment here.
