RESPONSE TO "BEWARE" CUSTOMER,We are sorry we could not come to a solution or agreement to your problem. as explained on the back of the invoice there is a 12 month and 12000 mile warranty. It had beed 13 months, which would have been no problem, however it had also been almost 31000 miles in those 13 months. They were dealer seals we installed and ANY dealership including the one that did the repairs, will not cover that type of mileage. We are sorry for the confusion and did try to work on the price. We hope the problem was fixed to avoid further issues.

Don't WASTE your precious $$ here! These guys supossedly replaced leaky front axle seals on my 2003 Truck a little over a year ago (Sep 09). I recently (Oct 10) went to a local Dealership to check on a recall notice. During a courtesy inspection, the Dealership noted both front axle seals were leaking and the fluid was low and dirty. I immediately took my truck back to American Car Center in Layton for an explanation. I was disappointed to find out that since I didn't report the leak until after their 1 yr warrentee period had expired, I was just out of luck! I really expected these new seals to last significantly longer than a year regardless of miles. If you shop here, lower your expectations contrary to their mission statement. Apparently,these guys don't care about their reputation just your $$.

This is the best auto shop I have ever been to in my life. They are totally trust worth and completely up front. Their prices are extremely competitive and they wont do things you don't need. I have had everyone in my family start using them and we are all 100% happy with them.

These guys were way over priced when I had work done on my 2008 Chevrolet pickup. Plus they could not answer all my questions. I went to another repair shop that did my work. I wont say who to be fair. But there are shops that are cheaper and can answer your questions.

These guys are great and really are honest. Go see them, best shop in town!
