I would NEVER go to Car Star Collision in Layton Utah again. I went there to get an insurance quote to repair damage to the back of my car caused by a rear end fender bender. It took them a week just to give me a quote, and whenever I called them to find out what was happening, they were very cagey and didn't want to give any answers (I have no idea why?). Finally, I told them that I would be in to pick my car up without them repairing it. The mechanic, a huge blond chubby guy who I had talked to when I first brought my car in, told me it would be ready in half an hour, because they had to put some pieces back on the car they had taken off, to have a clear view of the damage.When I arrived to pick my car up, I had to wait another half hour for them to bring my car out. The "pieces" including my bumper were not put back on, but were shoved inside the car. When I asked why they didn't put it back on, the huge blond chubby mechanic replied that they couldn't get the bumper back on "bec
