Circle-L was a nice quiet community. Under new management and I believe they are trying to make things better. While I was there a tree fell on my RV and my outdoor furniture. The park would not cover anything. You are at risk if you park under any tree. You can't cut it down, but you alone are responsible if the tree falls on your RV or items in the yard. Also, when I moved out, they said my deposit would be returned from the Corporate office within 30 days. It's been 38 days. I called today to have them check on the deposit and was told the request was just mailed to their Corporate office last week. They want your money paid on time, but when it comes to returning the deposit, don't count on it within the 30 days they quote.

This is a good place to live. The people here all watch out for each other, the office is open to anyone with a problem, the managers really listen and try to solve all issues. The park is quiet, clean, well managed. You will see the staff out and about all the time making sure everything and everyone is taken care of . there is alot of room between the RV's and the mobile homes, you have a patio and grass!! The rates are the lowest in Layton.

there nice people all through the park, I have been here awhile and plan on living here full time. I love the trees, the mountian views, it is clean and well kept. The rent is quite reasonable for the area. The new managers are strict but fair and are very easy to talk to. The park is the best it has looked in awhile, they did get rid of troublemakers so maybe that is the reason for the bad reviews.

They have new managers and they are very nice, very easy to talk to and correct any problem right away. Most of the rv's here are full time and enjoy the shade, the neighbors, and the rent. True there is no pool or clubhouse but most here dont want one and it does keep the rent down. They cut the grass, they supply a hose for you to water the grass. Lots of shade, a smal playgrond, washrooms and a laundry room. I would stay here again for sure.
