I called Clearfield Electronics trying to troubleshoot an issue I was having with my Toshiba television. The owner tried to walk me through it over the phone and when we couldn't figure out the problem he called his friends in the industry and tried to get an answer. He then called me back and we tried the ideas his friends had told him. He did all of this on his own time, knowing full well that he was not going to get paid for it. This guy is a genuine professional and has earned my business for life.
