Wow this store is great. They have every part for my RC car. Love this store, Very nice to deal with.

Looks like the the other hobby shops are trying to give these guys bad reviews. Name calling shows low IQ. If you want to see what a hobby shop is all about, go to frequency rc. They have the best of everything. Great service, great products. Keep up the good work!!!!

I am new to the Hobby ( RC Planes) . I went to this shop, and was very impressed. They did not try to over sell me. They fixed me up with a small trainer plane that I can fly. This is the best hobby shop I have ever been in. Save yourself time and money and go see them.

I can not understand these bad reviews. These guys are great. Just because they do not carry parts for every plane or car is no reasion to give them a bad review. They do have the parts for what they sell, try that with other hobby shops. I love going to this shop, and you will to!!!

Save your self the headache of dealing with these As*holes!!! Go elsewhere or at least order online to save more than half of what they are asking in there.... Having employees with bad attitudes and ripping people off, I hope they go out of business fast!

We went into the store to order some parts for our helicopter and the sales people were very rude! I don't appreciate rude people and will never buy anything from this place ever! I would have liked to at least been informed where I could find the parts, and or look at upgrading my helicopter.

Yes the owner speaks his mind, but I didn't find him to be a jerk about it. I appreciate that he was willing to tell me what I was looking for was junk and said he would order it if I still wanted. To make a quick sale never seemed to cross his mind.I was greeted on my way in, assisted almost instantly and thanked for stopping by when I left without purchasing an item. I have decided that RC helicopters will be my next hobby and will return to these guys when I'm ready to buy.

The employees at this place are very helpful an know almost every thing there is to know. I have bought eight planes there and 3 helocopters. It is a great store

This is the only hobby store I shop at locally. I've purchased 2 planes, servos, batteries, chargers, props, tools, etc. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I'd buy toilet paper here too if they sold it. If I can't wait a week for something online, I make the drive to Frequency RC.

It is a very convenient location by the Layton Hills mall. The sale’s staff is experienced and knowledgeable about R/C hobbies. They have a large supply of parts for Traxxas and other r/c vehicles.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE BEST. If they don't know about something, they do their best to find out. They may not have parts for the on line junk car and helicoptor, but they do have parts for what they sell. they have the good stuff. They are very friendly and knowlegable about everything they carry in this store.

THESE GUYS WORK 9 HR A DAY, 6 DAYS A WEEK, AND DO THE VERY BEST TO HELP THEIR CUSTOMERS. SOMETIMES, I'LL GO IN AND THE STORE IS PACKED, BUT THEY ALLWAYS TRY TO GET TO ME AS SOON AS THEY CAN. GREAT STORE, GREAT SERVICE!!!!

I went in to get some parts for a plane i was working on and was very disappointed. Not only were the two old guys extremely rude, they were not paying attention to what i was talking about. I was asking about parts for a nitro but they kept showing me parts for electric. While i was getting very frustrated the old guy helping me got on his phone and started chatting it up. These guys think they are the greatest, but they're just petty with no customer service skills.

I love this store. It is clean and the employees try to help you get in the right plane that you are ready for. They have some demo that they fly in there store. They always try to help, and spend quite a bit of time going over the tips that will make you a better flyer. Thank you Frequency RC

I've never felt so unwelcome and unwanted as a customer. I will GLADLY pay overpriced shipping than go to this shop that is only minutes from my place of work. The staff just doesn't seem like they want you there. The make you feel low and stupid if you are on the newb side of hobbies. Simple questions get answered but with a snobby attitude. Unfriendly, and rude! Don't waste your time!

I went to buy a rc car and I had a few Qs for the older guy and he gave me Smart As@ remarks to my questions so I told him that I would rather buy this online because was acting like aarrogant jerk. If I could mark less than one star I would. p.s. he did the same thing to the other people there and they walk out!

I called looking for some spare parts for a helicopter I had bought online and also to purchase 1/8 scale rc car. The guy who took my call seemed like he took pride in being a arrogant jerk. When he fought out the helicopter was an online deal he got real bitter and short with me. I didn't even bother to ask him about the car after that. I wouldn't normally write a review. This is a first for me but upon looking for another local RC store I found these reviews and seen several people that experienced the same bad service I had so I figured I'd leave my two cents and just say don't waste your time and give your money to someone who enjoys and appreciates your business.

Especially if you are female. Today they were busy. I looked at what I wanted, then waited until I got someones attention. Asked if when he was finished he would answer a few questions. He said he would but finished,answered the phone and walked by me to ask a man if he needed help. I left, ran other errands and came back, only to keep a promise. Waited patiently why they helped another Family, when they left he walked passed me and asked one of the only two other men in the store who were both being helped by the other person there if he needed help. I interrupted told him know I was waiting. Explained my frustration. But asked for help anyway. He walked back and showed me three planes. No description, explanation, or anything. I asked how they were different. I had done my research, but wanted to hear if in his experience difference in quality, durability etc. He offered no help...then when I was checking out he said I am sorry we must have thought you were with one of the men.
