I'm very disappointed with the device we got. My husband tried to surprise me with flowers for valentines and had them delivered The Friday before they did not deliver them. They called the next morin saying that there were five orders that weren't delivered and that they would deliver between 12-2 they did not deliver when they said they would. They are impossible to get a hold of. Because they were late it wasn't a surprise because my husband had to tell me to be there when they delivered. I will never order from them again. They have lost my service. Funny thing other reviews say they e he similar experiences, maybe they should fix the problem because it's very clear there is a problem.

I ordered a arrangement to cheer my sister up, but I got depressed when she sent me a picture of the flowers. It literally looked like a 10 year old put the "arrangement" together.

BEST place to purchase a Xmas tree! We bought a beautiful, 10 ft pre-lit tree after the holidays last year at an amazing price, I took it out yesterday to make sure all of the lights worked, but four branches on one section wouldn't light. I took that one section back to the store this morning, they fixed it at no charge and I was able to pick it up the same day! This service is free for one year and after that there's a fee, but I'm not sure how much iit is.

Really? Why does this wonderful shop have such bad reviews?! Everyone I know including myself have never had a "bad" experiance with this flower shop! They've always been so very helpful and when we had a family member pass away, they we're so understanding and kind! Are you you sure you've got the right flower shop? I've been a customer for many years with them now and we've never had an issue that they did not go above and beyond to fix. They will always have my business.

Just letting y'all know that they lost my business with them today. I was given flowers yesterday and after the delivery man dropped them off, I realized that the vase was chipped and dripping with water. At least they could have wiped up the vase before they gave it to me. And to top it off, they forgot to give me a box of chocolates and a card. I would have never known about it if my husband didn't call me. He was really bummed out when he heard I didn't get the card. Plus, when it took a long time just to get a hold of them. I had to call them three times and just let my phone ring until they picked up. It was just like calling a big company that has a computer automated customer service where you have to push a zillion buttons just to talk to someone who is human! My husband told me he is never shopping there again.

I buy flowers at Jimmy's alot. The quality is good, and the staff is friendly. They did my daughter's wedding and everyone thought the flowers were beautiful.

Awful service. I had a boutinerr for a for a dance to pick up and they told me that it had been picked up already, which it had not been. They were incredibly rude about it as well. I went home and called and they rudely again said it was there. So when my mom went to pick it up they left it IN A BOX OUTSIDE! No ribbon or babies breath even though they were ordered and paid for. My sisters was also broken and pinned together. They don't even deserve a full star.

Don't shop here. Delivery is unreliable and customer service is nonexistent. They are impossible to contact. There are many other local places that will get it right.

My husband ordered me a valentines bouquet and some chocolates. They were supposed to be delivered ON Valentines day. NOTHING!!!



Call on the 15th they "forgot" to process his order.

I got flowers from Jimmy's in Layton for my wedding. They were wonderful! the bouquet even had more flowers than order and just made another great touch to the wedding.

I bought flowers for my wife from Jimmy's Flower shop in Ogden. The experience turned into an utter nightmare. I ordered the flowers for a Friday Delivery. They arrived then they started to Die. My wife called up to tell them about it. They told her they would have new ones sent to her. They brought her something different and Ugly. She asked for the same thing. They told her to come to the store. Three ladies in the store treated my wife like trash. They were rude. I have no idea how they keep in business. They gave me wife the left over garbage they couldn't sell instead of what I bought her. It breaks my heart to hear what they did to her. I will never ever shop at this place again. They are classless.
