Provided by YP.comBrought a king comforter and they said it would cost $27 and would take at least a week to wash. That's insane because everywhere else takes 1 to 2 days to wash and charges $12. So my business went to country cleaners in Layton.

Provided by YP.comThe service and quality of their work is the best! I drive 2 hours round trip to have them take care of my dry cleaning and pressing! They are the best!

Provided by YP.comI have used this dry cleaner for over 4 years. I love their staff, they are always very friendly and even call me by name. I am a very regular dry cleaner and have used other dry cleaners before finding Martinizing in Layton. What impresses me the most is how they run their business. Every business has a problem happen, that's just business. But here, they work with you. They care about their customers.
The first time I tried Martinizing, I was shocked how clean it was! This is a dry cleaner, right? But wow! It is kept so clean. Kinda gives you that reassurance that your clothes are getting clean too.
What sold me is my white shirts. With every other dry cleaner I have tried, my clothes have a "smell" and my whites are always dingy. Not here. My white shirts come back so white and like new, every time.
I am so impressed with this dry cleaner. I rarely review (the only people that give reviews are usually the angry ones, am I right?), but this was worth my 2 thumbs up!

Provided by YP.com*Diff Location, Same Owners. After being a loyal customer for the last 6 years, I am disappointed to write this review. I dropped off 2, nice, Banana Republic pencil skirts to be dry cleaned. The employee I dropped them off to was handling my skirt as I left. Upon returning to get my skirts, I was informed that they didn't have my skirts and upon further investigating, "they never received them and didn't have an invoice that they were received" (in 6 years I've NEVER received an invoice and never mind the fact that their employee had the skirt in her hand when I left) After 3 days of waiting for a solution, I was informed that the owners refused to speak to me and they never received my skirts. Basically, I'm out over $200 and my skirts. Worst customer service experience ever. I wouldn't risk taking my clothes to be dry cleaned at either of the Utah locations for fear that this could happen to you and you will be left with no solution. It just took once and you could be next.
