This is a scam. DON'T pay their fake bill. They are never there when you call and will never call you back. Their "office" is a vacant lot.

If you are looking for a wheelchair or any other medical supply do not get it from medsource. I purchased a motorized wheelchair from them and from day 1 I had nothing, but problems with them. They are only looking out for there person gain and do not care about the people they are trying to serve. During my process they decided what color of chair I was going to have.. I told them my needs and the push you into something they "THINK" is right for you. I have had nothing, but problems with my so called new chair. Batteries replaced 3 times, hand controller went out twice, their service sucks and it takes them to long to get your order correct when having to repair it. I have recently called them because my right wheel went out "STOPPED WORKING" they never came out and assumed it was the motor that went out. They were supposed to send someone out to look at it to determine if it was the motor NO ONE SHOWED UP. A month later I called back to find out what was going on and they said "oh by the way we cannot repair your wheelchair" which has left me homebound. I called two weeks ago to get all the repairs that have been done to my wheelchair so I can try to get another new wheelchair and this is supposedly they told me they couldn't repair my wheelchair. When I was the one who called them to get the repair sheets. I left several message to Richard the PT who push this wheelchair on my to see if they can provide a loaner NO ONE called me back EVER. They do not care about you as a person all they see you as is dollar signs.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GETTING ANYTHING ANYWHERE ESE, BUT HERE.

I purchased a transfer shower bench for my 97 year old Father and he didn't like it, never used it and THEY WOULD NOT TAKE IT BACK. I purchased it on Friday and called back on Monday to return it.

My mom broke her hip and when I didnt know where to turn I heard from a friend that they had used Medsource so I thought I would try them. They were very helpful and my mom uses her walker all the time and is very happy

I bought a knee brace from Medsource and was pleased with how they handled everything. The front office staff worked really well with me showing me how to use the brace and made sure that I had the right fit for my knee. When I had a question about how the insurance end of things worked, they explained in detail how that process was handled. I would recommend them to all my family and friends and have already done so! Thank you Medsource

Medsource has great customer service and staff. They are always eager to help me with all of my medical equipment needs, including my cpap machine and supplies. They have always had respect for me and my husband. They will be fair and trustworthy with what they can do for you and your loved ones. They are contracted with most insurance companies and work really well to make that process as smooth as possible. They put the hear into healthcare

The company delivered and set up my medical equipment and did a great job with that, but that's when the service ENDS. They are horrible my rep never calls to check on equipment needs. I have to call to order supplies. Customer service is horrible along with billing. They seem to be extremely incompetent. I was promised return calls from them numerous times and they will never call me. Bottom line find a different company to provide your home care needs!
