Great quality and service!

A few years ago they replaced many of the windows in our house. I got quotes from three different companies, Valley Glass had the best price. We were very happy with the installation, and the windows still look great years later. A couple of years after the window installation, they replaced our French doors. I was so happy with the window installation, I only got a quote from Valley Glass, and again we were very happy with the French doors. A couple of weeks ago they replaced the windshield in my car. Again, I am very happy with their price, quality, and service.

Best Customer service EVER!

I had visited three other glass companies before coming here on a Sat. I saw on the door, they were closed, but much to my delight, a man came to the door, opened it, and asked if he could help me. I had a mirror to replace, and he took care of it right then and there. No "Come back next week". I was very, very impressed.

Dishonesty

We had a rock chip in our windshield repaired. They did fine work. Unfortunately, they called five days later and said that the insurance wouldn't cover the rock chip repair because we had a $500 deductible. Could we please pay the $15.99 for the rock chip repair? I told her the $500 deductible was toward replacement only and rock chips were covered. She pretended to have made a mistake. "I thought you had a replacement. I'm sorry, I got mixed up. We'll go ahead and bill the insurance." If she thought we'd had a full replacement, why did she ask me to pay the $15.99 for rock chip repair? Because she was trying to get payment out of both ends. I recommend you find someone honest.
