I appreciate a physician that listens to their patients, Dr. Nelson was very attentive and professional and took his time to understand my personal situation. He is very knowledgeable and resourceful.

The office staff was efficient and friendly.

I called for 5 days trying to get lab results for my husband. One person said they didn't get the results until the 9th and the next day they said we had to do more tests that the doctor ordered which we already did and were calling about those results and they also said they didn't get our results until the 11th. Explaining this to the staff somehow made me the bad guy and they were so rude. Finally get the results back and they say everything is normal. How is blood in the urine normal?? Anyways- they made us an appointment with a nephrologist in their building and my husband asked well if everything is normal why do I need to see a specialist, and her response is "if you are in pain like you say you are" very rudely. My husband was astounded at how mean they were being. Any ways we will not be going back to them or referring anyone to them.

My husband sees Dr. DeGraw, he and his family have for years. He's a really nice Dr and we like him but the office is horrible. The ladies at the front desk are always rude when we call and when checking us in. Another thing in very unsatisfied about is how long it takes to get test results back. My husband had tests done a month ago we've been billed for it but have yet to find out if there was anything wrong. I have call the Dr's office but never get a call back. I waited a week and still no call back. The front desk can not seem to help even when I have voiced mu feeling on the matter. We're told the Dr's office will follow up to set an appointment for a specialist. We receive calls from the specialist before the Dr. I'm very unsatisfied and will be looking to go else where for our medical needs.

I am approaching 60 and raised 5 children, so I have encountered numerous doctors. Dr. Degrauw is the best doctor I have seen. He is thorough and takes the time to find out what is going on. He does not act rushed. Staff is excellent! Just can't say enough good things about Dr. Degrauw and his staff.
